· Managing the entire product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.

· Analysing the market, competition & conducting market research to identify opportunities, threats & key issues.

· Developing marketing strategies & programs to address key issues.

· Developing innovative & informative promotional programs for augmenting Field Force detailing efforts.

· Coordinating across the Field Force and other departments to resolve various product related issues from time to time.

· Extensive fieldwork to understand the market, evaluate implementation of strategies and monitor key competitor activities.

· Brand Positioning.

· Identifying new business opportunities.

· Design Brand Plan.

· Planning & Designing of visual aids, LBLs, other promotional inputs.

· Team training and development.

Education – B. Pharma, M.pharma, B.Tech (Biotech), M.Tech (Biotech), MBA.

Experience – 0 to 4 Years.
